50 Days and counting

For CPPD-MW, it is 50 days and counting until the Fall PFA. For anybody who required measuring in the spring, it is time for a little honesty. If you have not yet made an effort to make sure I do not need to stick my nose under your arm pits to wrap the tape measure around you, please try this workout. It is called the "50 States climbing challeneg" You can find it on my NavyFit website at http://sites.google.com/site/navyfit/cardio/50-state-climbing-challeng. This will help you shed some pounds before the PFA. You will have to commit 1 hour a week. Speak for all CFLs out there, we would appriciate it.
